a Wunderkammer, err ‘Cabinet of Curiosities’ is always already an artwork of artworks, a collection, +a threat. a Wunderkammer is also a promise kept, sumtimes in secret, that leads us to the creation of what we now call the Art Museum…
we have a paintings && drawings of Wunderkammers that become Art themselves, these are the ways in which those Cabinets of Curiosities were imagined && documented so many 100s of years before photography
