i’m look’n back at my 1rst Midjourney AI generations from Summer 2022
3 years ago, (otherwise known as a few lifetimes ago in terms of AI)
&& reflect’n on the strange beautiful changes we constantly experience now in these accelerated times, as change itself quickly accelerates, exponentially edging Out West to the breaking points of frontier technologies
I. miss the thick textures we used to get
II. && the way i had to handMake my Glitch Western panoramas
III. but i love exploring latent spaces via pan && zoom (introduced in V5.2 during Summer 2023)
these are just a few reflections …
as i think, feel, and process what Glitch Art && Digital Art means now
you can find the the real answers in the journey, the AI Art itself
each generation, a moment of possibility ‘brought to life’ but
not actually ‘images,’ because these are just probabilities,
outputs disguised as an illusion of image-making the
Duchampian Fountain-Effect of AI Art.
