“This solo exhibition presents the work of Wondermundo in the Age of AI, to paraphrase the famous book by Walter Benjamin (The Work of Art in the Age of Mechanical Reproduction). Mexican-American Artist Wondermundo makes self-portraits with the latest AI technologies rather than cameras. In her Art we find the futures of frontier technologies, where AI can most accurately represent us. Wondermundo’s self-portraits show us who she really is, internally, emotionally, and artistically. The exhibition takes place both physically and online, via the Digital Art platform objkt, on the Tezos blockchain.
