goodMorning ➝ THIS Monday is Medieval in my Glitch Art Game Design of the Glitch Western genre, sharing here a first look at my new Game Dev: The Liber Eliensis Glitch Western Artgame!
▓▒░ ░▒▓ ▓▒░
Outrun the inscription of the official Catholic narrative! Author(s)➝|Unknown conspire to limit Lady Godiva’s Limitless Energy. She shimmers && flickers, an interstitial entity only you can see in all her true unrestricted Beauty. She glows gold, a living legend hiding in secret passageways that cut through the pages of this yet-to-be-written text.
Whois she? Is she the First Queen of May? The Summerror Queen of Glitches Yet To Be? Only you can see your way to unlock the truth inside The Liber Eliensis Glitch Western Artgame!
Act quickly before time runs out!
In The Liber Eliensis Glitch Western Artgame, you are the horse known as Aethenoth. You are a bold and resourceful steed of Noble Courage who must use his daring and wit to discover his Lady Godiva inside The Liber Eliensis of Ely Abbey. Navigate the unstable ever-changing isometric world of hauntological ruins that self-recursively grow from && dissolve into the three books which constitute Liber Eliensis, the 12th-century English chronicle && histories, whois “Author(s)➝|Unknown.” Somewhere inside the musty mystical pages you will find your Legend Lady Godiva && she will ride you into 鬼鎮 (Ghosttown), the Glitch Western.
Explore a maze-like world combining old-school platformer simplicity with a Medieval dustscape interpretation of the Glitch Western genre. Run and jump intuitively, as Aethenoth the horse, on your journey through visually complex platforms that unlock access to previously blocked areas. Navigate horizontal and vertical passages, with no linear path telling players where to go next, as you race against the clock to survive. This game rewards thorough exploration and contemplation of folkloric traditions.
